MEMBER REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
(TRADING PROCESSING REGULATION)
MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION
Article 5 - In accordance with Article 32 of the Law, those who are obliged to register to stock exchanges must register with the stock exchange in their place within one month from the date they start work. The commencement date is the date of purchase or sale.
Enrollment is done upon request. However, the provisions of Article 7 of this Regulation are reserved for those who do not fulfill the registration requirement in accordance with the first paragraph of this article. In order to register members on demand or ex officio, those who wish to register must be registered in the trade registry or the register of tradesmen and craftsmen, and in these registrations, the purchase or sale of the items subject to the stock exchange must be included. The provision of the third paragraph of Article 32 of the Law is reserved.
Those who are required to register for temporary or long term dismissal from membership and whose term of office is terminated shall be re-registered to the exchanges upon request or ex officio.
REGISTRATION ON DEMAND
Article 6 - Real and legal persons wishing to register in the stock exchanges and their branches, liaison office, factory, representative office, warehouse, buying and selling place and similar units apply to the stock exchange where they are located directly or through branches. The applicants are given a stock exchange registration statement. This declaration; it shall be filled in and signed by the authorized bodies or authorized representatives of legal persons.
The documents stated in the paragraphs (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of this article, which are not required to be notarized, can be approved by the stock exchange on condition that the originals are seen and the samples are stamped and initialed.
The degree of accuracy of the information stated in the registration statement and the status of the enterprise are examined on the spot by the stock exchange and a determination report is issued as a result of this examination.
The contents of the registration declaration and the determination report shall be determined by the Union.
Applications made to the branches for membership registration are submitted to the board of directors immediately with the necessary documents together with a letter.

In addition, a copy of the documents required for registration in the stock exchange and those listed in the first paragraph of Article 6 of this Regulation shall be obtained from the trade registry officer or the tradesman and craftsman registry directorate.
REGISTRATION DECISION
Article 8 - Upon request, the registration declaration and annexes and the determination report in the records, and the documents obtained from the trade registry office or the artisan and craftsman registry directorate in the ex officio records shall be submitted to the board of directors. The Board of Directors decides on the registration of the ones that are found to comply with the provisions of the legislation.
OBJECTION
Article 11 - Members shall make decisions regarding the degrees determined in the registrations made upon request and against decisions related to registrations and / or registrations made ex officio, within the framework of Article 15 of the Regulation on the Determination and Payment of the Annual Fee and Supplementary Dues; may also appeal against decisions concerning the occupational group in which it is included within the framework of Article 9 of the Regulation on the Grouping of Occupations in Commodity Exchanges.
NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES AND FOLLOWING MEMBERS 'SITUATIONS
Article 12 - The members who are registered in the trade registry, all kinds of changes that are required to be registered and announced in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code dated 29/6/1956 and numbered 6762, and those registered to the tradesmen and craftsman registry, and the changes that occur in the matters declared in the stock exchange declaration. within one month of its realization. The notification is made with a petition. The documents constituting the basis of the notification shall be attached to the petition. Disciplinary and Fine Penalties to be given to Chamber and Exchange Members as well as the Disciplinary Board and High Disciplinary Board shall be processed for those who do not fulfill the notification obligation.
The relevant stock exchange which informs the trade registry or the registration of the tradesmen and craftsmen and is not registered in the legal form and time, informs the relevant trade registry office or the tradesman and craftsman registry directorate about the status of those who do not fulfill this legal obligation. Upon this notification, the trade registry office and the tradesman and craftsman registry directorate are obliged to carry out the necessary transactions.
