Pursuant to the provisions of Article 8 of the Law No. 4325 on the Creation of Employment and the Promotion of Investments and Amendment to the Income Tax Law No. 193 in the State of Emergency and Development Priority Regions, the Ministry of Finance was In order to provide better service to the region in the stock market sector and to become a regional stock exchange; In order to create a more modern and more spacious working environment for the members and a healthy trading environment under laboratory measurement conditions, a modern complex has been made by making an investment expenditure of approximately 18 million TL with the support of thousands of labor and sacrifices.

 

The construction of the Borsa Complex, which was started in 2005, commenced service in June 2011 and the asphalt and landscaping was completed in 2014.

 

In the Borsa Complex, there are 124 warehouses and offices, 34 offices, a weighbridge building, a social facility, a masjid and a service building.
