DELETING OF REGISTRATION ON REQUEST

 

              Article 14 - Trade register or artisans and craftsmen showing that he's leaving the record in the record Turkey Trade Registry Gazette or Turkey Tradesmen and Artisans of the original Registry Gazette or certified copies veyahut relevant trade registry office or from tradesmen and artisans record taken from the directorate a post petition to the stock directly or through branches the registration of the submitting member shall be deleted by the decision of the board of directors.

 

              The relevant stock exchange, which learns on application or ex officio that the member has quit his / her job due to abandonment of trade, termination of tax liability, death and similar reasons, firstly informs the related trade registry office or tradesman and craftsman registry office to perform the cancellation process. . Upon this notification, the trade registry office and the tradesman and craftsman registry directorate are obliged to carry out the necessary transactions.

 

              The registration of the trade registry or tradesman and craftsman who has not been deregistered from the stock exchange and the registration of the trade registry or tradesman and craftsman according to the second paragraph of this article shall be deleted by the decision of the board of directors by taking the opinion of the relevant professional committee.

 

             UPDATE OF MEMBER REGISTRATIONS

 

              Article 13 - The records of the members whose membership is suspended due to the failure to determine their address and status shall be deleted from the stock exchange upon the proposal of the Board of Directors and the decision of the Board of Directors.

 

              The relevant bodies are responsible for the implementation of this article.
